Dust Jacket numbering

Has a list of all the different dj numbers been attempted?  For instance 
there is a 303 for 1944,and a 304 that would be the first for 1945 because 
Snow: Red Star over China exists with dj with 303 and 304. But is there a 
jacket for any book with 305 or do they all skip to 306 and then skip again 
to 309? And so forth for the series that starts with 150 and goes to 415.
