I myself sort my buckrams and P-paperbacks by number. The rest I sort 
alphabetically within genre  (Poetry, Plays, Short Stories, Novels, 
Philosophy, Music & Art, Biography, Essays, Politics, Mytho-religion, 
American History, World History, and a few others).
