Regarding signed or presentation copies.
The author that has the most is,Katherine Anne Porter for both,Pale
Horse & Judas. I have one copy that reads,"Thanks for the beer &
typing." A second,"Thanks for typing such great stuff!"
One gets the idea she may have been rather frugal,paying off her debts
with a 95 cent reprint rather then a $4.00 copy of her work`.
