[ModLib] Unbound Kim

These are sheets of a ML printing that have been bound (or rebound) by hand. I can't tell whether they were removed from a regular ML binding and sewn on tapes or are folded sheets that had not previously been bound. I am certain that Random House never released a ML book with this style of sewing.

Subject: Modern library question

Hi

I have an unusual Modern library edition. [see photo attached]

This is a copy of Kim that was never bound. Perhaps it was some kind of advance issue (I've seen publishers do this with other books).

Do you know anything about it?

thanks

Joe
