[ModLib] Illustrator for Heyward's Porgy?

Hi,

All the Modern Library editions (at least those that I've seen), with a
Stephen Alcorn woodcut on the dust jacket, also reproduce the woodcut on
its own page just preceding the title page - making the volume, at least
minimally, illustrated.
