[ModLib] torch bearer

There a few with this torchbearer design available on ebay right now. I  
saw Swans Way and a couple of Brothers K. I'd buy one just because I don't  
have any, but my wife has me on restriction right now. Ah Well.  
Interesting anomaly any way.
