It's wrong to think of College Editions as reprints of regular ML's. They had new introductions and other features that made them better suited for textbook use than regular ML's. In most cases the introductions and other features were included in subsequent printings in the regular ML -- but they almost always appeared first in MLCE. After MLCE became established there were a number of unique titles that were never added to the regular series.

Having said that, I have a couple of shelves of MLCE's but have never collected them systematically.
