The first printing of Inventing Japan also shows 11 on the dust jacket and 12 on the book.  I believe the book should have 11 on it.  The next title in the series, The Company, shows 11 on the book and 12 on the dust jacket.  From the ISBN's in both books I believe Inventing Japan was the earlier release.

The problem was cleared up in The Americas which shows 13 on both the book and the dust jacket.
