Excellent point, John!!! I forgot about using price as a way to date!

ModernLib shows this:

1968 (general catalog)	  $2.45
1970 (collector report)   $2.95
1974 (Fall catalog)       $3.95 (no firsts published)

I have no other prices in these date ranges.
