Hi Brian,

ML stopped updating the catalog in 1967 so the same catalog appeared  
for a long time even though it was hopelessly out of date.

Other than realizing that the binding was in use from 1969 to 1974,  
there's no telling what year the book was printed.

Disgusting, ain't it?
