Let's just say that in four weeks of hiking almost 300 miles through the 
appalachian mountains in Virginia, I discovered my limits.  While some 
hikers saw mirages of swimming pools (it was very dry), I had visions of air 
conditioned used bookstores.  It's good to be back.
