[ModLib] Jumbo Torchbearer on #11 Spine

Perhaps the torchbearer die came from a Giant edition. I haven't  
measured them; but is the torchbearer die on the giants bigger than  
the one on regular editions?

Civil disobedience, that’s not our problem. Our problem is that
