[ModLib] CONFRIMED BINDINGS FOR EACH TITLE PROBLEM ON MY PC

I am having problems downloading the new chart Scott and Ron developed,
Confirmed Bindings for each title.  My system only downloads to the M's.
Does anyone else have a problem?  The link is just above the Directories
line on Scott's site.
