[ModLib] David Menkin, Early ML Collector, passes away

Folks,

I've been asked to report that David Menkin, one of the early  
collectors of the Modern Library, has passed away at the age of 91.  
He and his wife Eva produced one of the first catalogs of ML titles,  
predating both Andes and Toledano. Dave was an original member of the  
ML mailing list until Nov 1 2005 when his Parkinson's disease forced  
him to suspend collecting.

I don't have his address; it would be great if someone who has it  
would post it here so that folks who would like to send a card to his  
wife Eva could do so.
