Dowson 1st edition point?

My book has the same cover and copyright page configuration, but,
interestingly, has all but one of the 1920 releases in the catalog at the
end of the book.

Scot,

I have a Spn #2 Dowson that has:
"Copyright, 1919,
By Boni and Liveright, Inc."

and at the bottom of the page,

"Printed in the U.S.A"

The catalogue in the back has only one of the 1920 titles listed,
so it may well be a second printing, at least an early one.
