Subject: Differences - 1940 Ulysses and 1961 Ulysses?

folks,

I don't have the 1961 Ulysses. The 1940 version has the Ernst intro
and the US Court Decision article. Are these present in the 1961
edition? Other differences?

Thanks,

Scot Kamins
