ANybody have a jacket for Howells' "Hazard of New Fortunes"?

Scott,

Alan Oestreich has the only Hazard of New Fortunes dj I've seen, and it's the front panel only. His copy of the book has the C3 catalog listing 35 titles so it's probably the 1917 first printing.
