[ModLib] ModernLib Changing to a Non-Member Site

Folks,

ModernLib membership is going away.

Instead of levying a membership fee for access to the better part of  
the database, the entire Website will be open to everybody without  
charge.

ModernLib will solicit freely-given donations to keep it on the Web.

We'll see what happens. :-D
