Joe,

There were at least two printings with the illustration facing the title page. The first of course has the unruled title page and list C1 on the verso of the first leaf, followed by the frontispiece illustration facing the title page.

I also have a later printing (second printing?) with the illusration and list C4 on the verso of the leaf preceding the frontispiece.

Later printings without the frontispiece illustration add a leaf between the part title for the first play in the collection, "A Miracle of Saint Antony," and the first scene of the play. Printings with the frontispiece place the list of characters on the verso of the part title leaf. In printings without the frontispiece, the verso of the part title for "A Miracle of Saint Antony" is blank and there's a separate leaf for the list of characters, also with a blank verso.
