The known titles in the 14/9 configuration are:
- Anthology of Irish Literature
- Mayor of Casterbridge


The known titles in the 13/9 configuration are:
- BUtterfield 8
- Selected Short Stories / Shaw I.


The notes from John K. on the Shaw are as follows: odd binding: 9 + 14 (not tall); ISBN#.  IIRC, about 6 months ago he either sprained an ankle or twisted his back verifying this is a #13/9 instead of a #14/9.

There is also a possible 14/11 configuration (Runyon).  Darrell is investigating this.
