[ModLib] Does anyone have a France's THAIS in a #2 binding???

Folks,

Toledano lists France's THAIS as coming out in a #2 binding. But I  
can find no reports of anyone seeing this title in anything below a  
#3 binding.

Does anyone have it in a #2?
