[ModLib] Guide update page no longer being - er - updated

Folks,

The Toledano Updates page on ModernLib is no longer being maintained.  
Changes discovered after June 2007 appear in each title's BookNote on  
its author page. BookNotes are always updated as soon as possible  
after new information about a given title is confirmed. All pertinent  
info from the Updates page has already been folded into the  
appropriate BookNotes.

  The Updates page will remain where it is in its current state until  
a new guide appears -- or forever, whichever comes first.

(And no, I have no information about any plans for an updated printed  
guide.)
