Yes, I always sell the book VG/VG for "H" or better, .first edition or not.....and when I can find them, they sell.

I hope you don't think I was being critical!  I was just trying to emphasize that you have consistently seen this.  Any opinion on bumping up that 'H'?

This is a good example of the use of the Kamins Rarity Scale; 200.3 might be lower on the Rarity Scale relative to its higher Price Indicator.
