That's about as late as you can get. I have never seen a title with a ISBN number.
The best that I can do is, a ML Giant Ulysses with both ML and Vintage Books logos.

At a recent library sale I picked up a copy of 202.1 Marx: Capital.
It seems to be one of those mish-mash variants that show up after
1970. The book seems to be binding 13 but with blank endpapers.
The jacket does not have the revised torch-bearer, but it does
indicate $2.95 on the flap (so 1970) and has an ISBN number on
the back (ISBN was used after 1970).
In the Guide, then, there should be an "=" in the '67 DJ column,
I guess.
