I USUALLY DON'T WRITE BUT SOMETIMES YOU GOT TO. I AGREE WITH THIS IDEA OF 
COMPILING A LIST OF BAD GUYS ON E-BAY. I TOO HAVE EXPERIENCED THESE TYPES.
AND I UNDERSTAND THE RELUCTANCE TO SEND BAD FEEDBACK FOR FEAR OF UNJUST 
RETALIATIONS. SO A LIST OF BAD GUYS SEEMS LIKE A GOOD ALTERNATIVE.
