Before you put out good money,be sure you have a copy of the guide.
Without seeing the books in question it is hard to make a judgement.
But,if your copy is VG/VG you indeed have a good buy. 
$200 for a poor first of G64. would be a far out of line. Never use ebay
as a price guide. You will see listed ML books  with publication dates
far earlier then 1917,never ever buy from these people.
I purchase books on ebay for re-sale and ,regardless of how many
questions you ask,you can still be burnt. Not that the selles is trying
to "take" you but rather,the seller has little or no knowledge at all of
what he is trying to sell....the logic being,if it's a old book,it must
be big bucks. Also,beware of the words,mint and rare.
