Remainder marks

Talking about remainder marks in general and not just ML ones.
The importance of a remainder mark (and to some extent it depends on how that
looks, spray, heavy lines, a dot etc) and the age of the book. For those who
like formulas I would say something like 100/2+n expressed as a percentage
is appropriate, where "n" is the age of the book. If the book is one year
old that would reduce value by 1/3rd. 20 years old would be 100/22 = 4.5%
approximately. Enjoy!
