Barry and Scot,

    Thanks very much for the photos of these unusual dust jackets.  Can
you clarify one thing for me?  Are copies of these two titles that are
bound in leatherette and have the first edition statement on them (but are
found in the balloon cloth style of DJ) not firsts?
