Illustrated MLs signed by illustrators

According to legend, H. L. Mencken and Theodore Dreiser used to wander into
second hand bookstores after a good booze-up, pull Bibles off the shelves,
and inscribe them "From the Author."  Don't know if they ever did that to an
Illustrated Bible ...
