Indirectly. :-D That's the collection that Andes and Boston Book Company
amassed from which Andes compiled his book.

Yeah. That's the piece to which Henry is referring. You can sometimes
find a copy floating around for about $95. It's notable because it was
the first real attempt to catalog the ML
However, it is filled with all the errors and incompleteness you'd
expect from a great first attempt, and is more useful (IMHO) as a piece
of ML ephemera than it is as a useful reference.
